Future feat. Kendrick Lamar & Metro Boomin

I had the pleasure of linking up with the amazing Rhymezlikedimez on a looping spot for Future's new song "Like That" featuring Kendrick Lamar and Metro Boomin. This was in the middle of the ongoing beef between artists Drake and Kendrick, and this was definitely to show our stance in the feud.

The spot focuses on Kendrick's verse where he goes off on his opponent. Future and Metro are calmly jamming to the beat until we hear Kendrick approaching from the distance, We wanted to portray him as the guy in the friend group who is always an absolute menace, which we feel suits him well when listening to his lyricism.

A mix of After Effects motion design and traditional frame by frame animation was used to make this all come together.
